Uncovered space tenants can opt for this amenity for $13 a month unlimited use including family vehicles. All other amenities are included in the rental rate for both covered and uncovered tenants.
Sewer Dumps
No waiting with three dump sites, when many RVs return on Sunday nights.
Battery Jump & Air
Complementary battery jump and air pressure service for flat tires.
Ice Machine
XL ice Machine usually provides ice even in the late morning after many customers have already departed for salt water.

52 security cameras on-site make sure your property stays safe with us at all times.
Keyfob Entry
We rely on keyfob entry readers which are more secure than personal identification numbers (PIN).

Provided at a nominal charge if customer opts for electrical service.
